Maybe I did not explain the task correctly.
I have a custom-made PHP app running on domain/project now I am installing on the same server joomla like domain/project/joomla
But I want Joomla to be accessible only if the active session is running in domain/project and in my PHP app I have file roles.php where I grab some roles and I want to make it like
if you are logedin in domain/project and have the role of "Admin for example" then to be able to reach domain/project/joomla
