When I install a new J5 site, and, at the end of installation click to go to the backend, I end up at the dashboard as expected, but it's in some crazy loop with the screen acting a bit like a strobe or vehicle blinker, but really fast. Nothing to do but close the tab then reopen again and it's fine. It happens every time now.
